Management Team

Courage is a partner of the firm and has responsible for Accountancy, Internal Audit and Planning unit of CEASAH Consults. With his background in financial strategy, accounting, management accounting, taxation, audit, financial management and reporting he undertakes business planning and budgeting, financial analysis and reporting roles. He has undertaken projects involving internal audit, project and risk analysis and risk management. Courage is a Chartered Accountant by profession and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He also holds Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance and Accounting and Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Administration (Accounting major). He has previously worked in the Audit and Advisory units of a big-4 accounting firm. He has over 14 years’ experience covering Audit and Assurance, Management Consulting, Financial Reporting, Analysis and Modelling.

Kelechi is a partner of CEASAH Consults with oversight responsibilities over Environmental Services. He has also worked with several organizations in Ghana and Nigeria including:  Masters Energy Oil and Gas Limited in Ghana and Nigeria, where he worked as the Operations and Business Development Manager respectively; and United Bank for Africa where she worked as a Manager in Credit Administration. Kelechi is also a business strategy expert who has conducted several strategy training sessions for a number of high calibre organizations including the University of Cape-Coast, University of Ghana, World Vision International, Agricultural Bank, GCB Bank, and many others. Kelechi is a prolific motivational speaker and a great trainer. Kelechi holds Master of Science (MSc) degree in Environmental Sustainability and Management form the Wisconsin International University College (WIUC) and an Executive MBA from the University of Ghana, where he majored in Project Management. A one-time best engineering student in Nigeria, Kelechi has a Bachelor of Metallurgical & Materials Engineering (B.Eng) degree from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Nigeria.
